Delete your account and data

The quick way — from inside the app:
Profile → Settings → Delete account.
It happens immediately; you do not have to wait for us.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email us from the address you registered with, at privacy@myment.app, with the subject "Account deletion request". We delete within 30 days and confirm by reply.

The request must come from the registered address — that is how we know it is really you.

What gets deleted

Account details: email, name, birth year, profile photo.
All of your clips — from storage and from the feed.
Any child profiles you created, and your family links.
Session and tag records.

Deletion cannot be undone. If a clip matters to you, download or share it first.

What may remain

Backup copies held by the infrastructure provider (Google Firebase) are removed on its own backup cycle, up to 90 days. Anonymous crash reports are not linked to an account and cannot be retrieved after deletion.
