Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 August 2026 · version 1.1

In short: you film, you own your videos. We provide the tool. Do not film other people's children without their parents' permission — that is your responsibility, not ours, and it is also the law.

1. The service

MYMENT lets you record continuously, mark moments with one button, and get short clips cut automatically. The service is provided as is, and is currently a pilot — expect faults, and expect things to change.

2. Your account

3. Your content — and what you may film

The videos remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them solely in order to operate the service for you.

It is your responsibility to make sure you are allowed to film. There are other families' children on the pitch. Before you publish or share a clip that shows a child who is not yours, make sure you have their parents' permission. If you are asked not to show a child, remove the clip.

4. What is not allowed

An account that breaks these rules may be blocked without notice.

5. Reporting content

If a clip shows your child and you want it removed, write to privacy@myment.app. We treat these as a priority and handle them as fast as we can.

6. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account), or via this page. Deletion removes every clip and cannot be undone.

7. Liability

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost videos — do not rely on MYMENT as the only copy of a moment that matters to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
